Meet the Visionary: Chelsea C. Williams

Chelsea is the Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent, a national talent & workforce development firm helping organizations strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and workplace culture. With partners across the U.S. and Mexico, her work supports organizations navigating change and building leaders at every level.

A former Wall Street human resources leader, Chelsea brings more than a decade of experience across learning and development, talent strategy, and organizational culture. She is a certified facilitator and sought-after speaker on leadership development and the multigenerational workforce.

Chelsea’s honors include being named a Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year and a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow. She earned her BA in Economics from Spelman College on full scholarship.
