Having spent years significantly investing in senior and mid-level management, Adfero leadership observed key performance opportunities in their early talent segment. This group is responsible for executing client projects, implementing communication campaigns, and ensuring high-quality support across accounts. They work closely with account teams to meet client goals while also contributing to the growth of client accounts through effective, consistent service.
The specific areas of opportunity for the early talent segment included boosting:

Self-leadership
Manager and peer relations
Recognizing the competitive and ever-changing communications landscape, Adfero sought to launch a tailored hybrid program to equip their early talent with the skills needed to thrive while aligning with broader agency key performance indicators.
THE SOLUTION
We supported Adfero in designing and facilitating a custom, outcomes-driven program. This program was co-designed with key Adfero stakeholders and offered opportunities to complete the following:
Self-reflection
Peer learning
Scenarios & case studies
Performance accountability
Over the course of three months, participants:
Built knowledge and confidence in key leadership skills, including giving and receiving feedback, navigating change, and owning one’s career by better managing up and sideways (peer relationships).
Engaged in micro-learning experiences and individual assessments to gain practical tools for self-management and leadership.
THE TRANSFORMATION
Participants of the program gained confidence in their leadership abilities and developed actionable skills to navigate their careers. By creating a safe space for addressing career-related questions, the program empowered early talent to take ownership of their growth while embracing Adfero’s core values.
