THE CHALLENGE
A study by LeanIn.org and McKinsey & Company found that women of color are significantly underrepresented in leadership positions in the tech industry, with only 3% of C-suite executives being women of color. Additionally, the study found that women of color face more barriers to advancement compared to their white counterparts, including a lack of access to influential networks, mentorship, and sponsorship.
Dell/Mettacool sought our help with ensuring their curriculum was amplified to address the unique challenges of women of color.

Reimagine Talent partnered with the Dell/Mettacool team leadership team and instructional designers to audit the curriculum, modified modules, develop tools and resource guides, and support a strategy to offer capacity to the facilitator team
